A new interactive training course “Parallel algorithms for linear models using ScaLAPACK” package is available to students! The course includes all the necessary information so that at the end of the course the students will be able to:
- connect and disconnect to/from the USM HPC Cluster via SSH connections,
- develop and compile parallel programs from the Linux command line,
- create and compile parallel programs using ScaLAPACK functions,
- remotely manage their files on the cluster,
- remotely launch and manage programs/jobs on the cluster,
- programming scripts for quick launching applications on the cluster.
The online course is available for students at CECMI Center website (cecmi.usm.md). Contact your lecturer for granting access to the online course.
